What counts as a completed conversation?

A conversation is considered completed when the AI finishes the structured interview and generates insights. Dropped calls, abandoned sessions, or conversations ended early by the candidate are not billed.

How does billing work?

Pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Usage is metered — you're charged based on the number of completed conversations during each billing cycle. No minimum commitment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your settings page at any time. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

All your existing conversations, insights, and candidate data are retained according to your data retention settings. You'll just be limited to 1 active role and 5 conversations per month.
